Molli McGuire, Esq.

ABOUT
The daughter of a Marine Corps veteran of the Vietnam War, Molli was born and raised in a rural area near North Tampa, Florida. She was accepted into the Honors Program at Florida State University and graduated in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Criminology and Psychology. Molli was then accepted to attend Stetson University College of Law on a full-tuition scholarship. Molli graduated cum laude from Stetson in December of 2015, in only two and a half years, and finished third overall in her class. While at Stetson, she earned the Victor O. Wehle award for excellence in trial advocacy. After graduation, she achieved one of the five top scores on the bar exam and spoke at the swearing-in ceremony for new attorneys at the First District Court of Appeals in Tallahassee, Florida. Molli has served in various leadership roles with several bar organizations and has exclusively represented plaintiffs in personal injury actions since 2015. Currently, she represents injured clients through her firm, McGuire Litigation, and provides research and writing services for other injury firms through LawCite as their Senior Attorney and Director of Research and Education.
